Product information

We aim to describe our products accurately. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Check the product description and available sizing information before ordering, and contact us if you need clarification. Product availability may change. These statements do not limit your rights if goods are defective, incorrect or materially different from their description.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order; if we cannot supply an item or discover a material error, we will contact you and arrange the available options or a refund for the unavailable item.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy describe delivery estimates, return eligibility, return costs and the request process. Please review them before ordering. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellations; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Account and acceptable use

Keep your login details secure. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, fraudulent purchases, unauthorized access or interference with the store's operation.

Site content may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use it to shop and for other uses permitted by law. Third-party services, including payment services, may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please read it before providing information to the store.

Changes and customer rights

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
