Destinations and dispatch

SIDWAYSWIM currently ships to the United States. Orders are dispatched from Shenzhen, China.

Order processing

We aim to prepare paid orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an item is delayed or unavailable, we will contact you with the available options before dispatch.

Shipping rates and transit time

Standard shipping costs USD $8. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders of USD $70 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Estimated carrier transit time is 7-12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs processing, holidays, weather and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery questions

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent when your order is fulfilled. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created. Contact customercare@sidwayswim.com with your order number if your parcel is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received; we will help investigate with the carrier.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address is incorrect or you need to cancel. We will try to help before dispatch. Changes may not be possible after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
