Return Policy
Please read and understand the return policy before making a purchase. 

Unworn suits that are purchased at full price, can be returned for a full refund within 15 days from original purchase. All returned suits must be clean and in original packaging. One pieces and bottoms will not be accepted if hygienic liner sticker is missing, damaged or shows signs of tampering. Please try on your suit with underwear before deciding to keep your new swimsuit as we will strictly not accept returns that have been worn. 

Sale items and items bought with discount codes are final sale.

Exchanges will be accepted only in cases where the exchange is for the same product in another size. *While supplies last

Shipping for first returns is on us. 

At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges from outside the United States.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, once your order has left our facility we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Contact us at Customercare@sidwayswim.com for help or inquires!

International Shipping

Please note if you select Standard Shipping there is a possibility that your order will not be trackable once it leaves the United States.

Shipments to outside the US are subject to duty in the country the order is shipped to. Sidway is not responsible for the duties, taxes and delays imposed by the destination country. Please contact us at customercare@sidwayswim.com if you have any questions.
